This week, Luke Myer MP helped resolve a long-running housing issue for residents on Windermere Drive in Skelton, after persistent concerns about a neighbouring property.
Following Luke’s intervention with the relevant housing bodies, the previous tenant—whose behaviour had caused significant disruption—was moved on, and a new tenant has since settled into the home, restoring peace and a sense of community cohesion in the area.
Luke continues to support residents facing antisocial behaviour and housing-related problems, working closely with local councils and housing providers to keep neighbourhoods safe, respectful, and well-maintained. His office handles many such cases each year, ensuring communities across East Cleveland feel heard and supported.
