Letting dispute resolved for Guisborough tenants

Luke Myer MP has helped secure clarity and reassurance for a woman and her son in Guisborough after their rented home was unexpectedly listed on the market. Following Luke’s intervention with the estate agent and landlord, the property was taken off Rightmove and the advertising board removed, confirming that the tenants’ rights and ongoing tenancy were secure.

Luke regularly assists residents facing housing uncertainty, working with landlords, agents and local authorities to ensure tenants are treated fairly and are properly informed about any changes affecting their homes.
