Local MP Luke Myer has launched a new community survey to ensure residents have their say on how £20 million of regeneration funding should be spent in Park End.
The funding, part of the Labour Government’s “Pride in Place” investment, represents a major opportunity to shape the future of the area – and Luke is urging local people to take part.
“This funding is a massive opportunity for Park End, and I want to make sure your voice is heard,” Luke said. “The ideas for spending this money shouldn’t come from politicians, they should come from you.”
Residents can complete the short survey and share their views by visiting lukemyer.uk/park-end-pride-in-place-survey
Luke added that the responses will help guide priorities for the investment, ensuring it reflects the community’s ambitions and needs.
“Park End has an incredible sense of pride and community spirit,” he said. “This is about building on that together.”
