Luke Myer MP has successfully helped a Marton resident who had been unable to export electricity from newly installed solar panels.
After Luke raised the case in May, Northern Powergrid reviewed the situation, provided the missing information, and confirmed the steps needed to complete the export MPAN process. The resident has now confirmed the issue has been fully resolved.
Luke continues to support residents experiencing delays with energy providers, and has raised concerns with industry bodies about clearer communication and faster turnaround times for households adopting clean energy technology.
